Can I book outside 8 AM – 4 PM?
Yes! After-hours, weekend, and public holiday bookings are available by special request with a 25% surcharge. Use our "Request Special Time" form, and admin will confirm availability within 24 hours.
How long can we book a room for?
Minimum 1 hour. No maximum — book for days or months as needed. Long-term leases available at custom rates.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), online banking, bank transfer, and cash (48 hours prior). All handled securely.
Can we book same-day?
Yes! Same-day bookings are available at a 15% surcharge, but you must book at least 2 hours in advance.
